At the foothills of the mountain, you can find a large open space which is filled with tall and robust trees. Alternatively, you can take the bus from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan to the Kangar Bus Terminal and from there hop onto bus number T11 which takes you to Beseri. To Bukit Chabang Mari from Beseri is a mere 12 minutes which can be reached by any taxi or e-hailing services.

There are multiple ways to reach Kampung Wai. By train, visitors can climb aboard the ETS which takes them straight to the Arau Royal Railway Station. Once they arrive, visitors can take a 6-minute walk down to the Arau Station Bus Stop and board bus number T10 which stops at Kangar. From there, they can change to bus number T12 which takes them straight to Kampung Wai. If you are planning to travel by bus, you can take the bus that goes straight to Kuala Perlis from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. From the Kuala Perlis Bus Terminal, you can take a 6-minute walk to the Kuala Perlis bus stop and board bus number T12 which will take you straight to Kampung Wai.
